Hi! My roommate and I are currently looking for a third roomie to rent an unfurnished room in a new house in Huntersville, right outside of Charlotte (around 18 miles from city center). Preferably a woman who does not mind sharing a bathroom with just one other person and looking to budget no more than $600/50 a month for rent and utilities.

I myself am a relaxed yet joyful, happy person (feel free to check out my ig @kaia.imani). I am very much an ambivert who enjoys listening to music, working out, doing yoga, cooking meals, doing outdoor things as well as spending time with my friends. I’m very respectable, caring and communicative when it comes to those I share spaces with. I am currently a full time student esthetician at the Aveda Institute in Charlotte and I work part time from home.
