I am a 57-year old professional and non-active Military male looking for a room to rent, preferably with a private bathroom.

I have a budget of $600+ per month, depending on the room conditions and if a private bathroom is available. I would preferably like to share the space with other males between the ages of 30 and 65-years old. However, I am open to mixed ages and sharing with women.
