Picture was taken at Pirates Cove. I would be interested in renting in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Lillian, etc. I’m very open to location. I’m [65]. I’m retired and do not work. I moved to Gulf Shores [4] years ago from Toledo, Ohio and moved to Lillian, Alabama last August. I am currently looking to rent a bedroom with my own bathroom, access to washer and dryer, a place to put my e-bike and a parking space to park my car. If someone has a bedroom in a house for rent or an apartment with a 2nd bedroom and separate bathroom for rent that would be fantabulous. I don’t cook so I wouldn’t be using the kitchen and wouldn’t be using your fridge. I eat out almost daily and have a mini-fridge and microwave that fit nicely in the room I am currently renting. I am currently paying $700 a month with everything included including cable and cable box. Looking to make this happen by June 1, 2021. I consider myself the perfect roommate/tenant. If you have pets, I can feed your pets while you are at work. If you have kids, I “may” be able to keep an eye on them from time to time. As an incentive to get this done by June 1st, 2021… you may be able to convince me to pay 6 months rent in advance for the right rental situation.
