Clean and quiet i stick to myself and dont like company at my home besides family.i work on computers and electronics doing online security and sales of my thift store findings and my refurbished items so and outdoor work area is a must.but again if im flexible.i can go to my office but prefer to work from home.and im mainly a night owl or an early bird.i am a smoker and would prefer to smoke in my room but im willing to take it outside to respect others.just want a quiet place all my own where i can rest up,whenever i feel like it not worry about the noise of my roomy through out the day.and work as much or as little as i have to whenever the mood or need strikes
