I’m a clean, responsible, quiet, considerate, respectful, easy-going, down to earth, professional who lives a healthy lifestyle. I’m looking for a private bedroom, private bath with ample closet space. I’m open to a studio apartment or shared housing. I’m searching for something within 10 minutes to the beach in a safe neighborhood. I’ve lived most of my adult life in South Orange County Coastal area but I’m open to Huntington Beach, Dana Point and anywhere in between and other coastal cities. I have a small 4.5 lb, Maltese. She is very sweet and docile. She’s fully housetrained & is not a barker, biter, or in any way destructive. She stays in my room when I’m not home.
