Hello! I’m Benjamin and I’m moving to Austin from Houston. I went to school in upstate New York at the University of Rochester and I am moving back to Austin to continue my MBA while working at a tech sales company.

I’m a very neat and tidy person to live with who respects the boundaries of my roommates. I of course would like to become friends with potential landlords or roommates, but if you’re more of the type of person who keeps to themselves that is also fine with me.

On a typical night you will find me studying away on my computer or looking for karaoke bars to sing at. I’m very pet friendly, LGBT+ friendly, and basically loving about most things.

Interests range from cryptocurrency trading to affiliate marketing. I have multiple streams of income, and if that’s something that interests you then I’d be glad to share some knowledge.

I’m looking for a room to rent by my October 18 start date for the position. I’m very hard working and love having the luxuries that life affords me, but I also know how to slum it out and save money haha.

Ideally looking for a place with a max budget of $1000-1200 per person each month.
