I’m a young professional that started my own business at 18 and am planning to expand into California. I’m coming from Florida with my one dog, an American Staffordshire Terrier who is fully trained and will be 5 by the move in date. She is a service animal with a certificate and doctors prescription. My only stipulation is It’s highly preferred she be the only animal in the house, though she is crate trained so with the right house set up it could be worked out to have another pet. She’s familiar with cohabitating with cats as long as they’re separate, that would be best if there must be another pet. I am willing to pay more to make sure she is the sole pet on the premises. I’m very clean and organized and don’t mind sharing household chores. I live by my work schedule so I’m very punctual as well as accommodating, since I set all schedules myself. I am queer and smoke cannabis medically and recreationally so I’m open to both. I don’t mind cigarettes as long as it’s not inside.
