Hi, I’m Raven. I’m currently working a lab tech job in Valencia and am looking for someone to rent an apartment around the area with or to rent a room from. My current lease ends March 7th, so I’m looking to move late February - early March. I’m pretty laid back and keep to myself for the most part but I do enjoy hanging out and having people over every once in a while. If we end up becoming friends, that’s great, but if not, no worries. I work 12 hr shifts Sat-Tue from 7am-7pm so I try to get to bed by 10pm-11pm. Cleanliness is pretty important to me and I expect my roommate to keep the common area clean and not leave dishes in the sink. If you can pay the rent, clean up after yourself and don’t keep me up at night, we’ll get along great. My hobbies include cooking, hiking, lifting, rock climbing, gaming and playing music.
