I am a mature woman who works part-time as a caregiver for seniors. I am reliable, non-smoking and hoping to be able to find a nicer place to live by teaming up with someone who is compatible as a housemate. I am relatively quiet and independent, but I enjoy having a friendly relationship with housemates. I am a Christian and generally politically left leaning. I am not Lesbian, but I am open to living with LGBTGQ folks. Although I am in my early 60s I enjoy living with people from my broad range of ages, and have had housemates most of my life, living in NYC, and California. I have excellent credit and rental history, do not use drugs or smoke at all. I am very allergic to smoke, so if you smoke or have friends who you want to be able to smoke at your home, I am not the match for you. I have one cat who is an emotional support animal. She has been declawed by her previous owner, so she cannot scratch anything, or defend herself, and sadly, she does not like other cats. I do like to have one or sometimes two glasses of wine with dinner, but I don’t drink to inebriation. I am looking to move by mid August at the latest.

I need to move soon because my landlord is going to be doing some major work on the duplex and I just noticed how much better deals are on homes with two or more bedrooms than for single occupancy homes.
