My name is Jim! I’m a quiet, non-drinker, relaxed, low maintenance, clean, respectful, and easy going minimalist (no clutter, nearly all of my material belongings fit in one big bin!)

My main hobbies include body building, travel, guitar, hiking, and movies. I am looking to move to a nice, hopefully quiet area in Summerlin for my new job in which I would be gone most days of the week working 10 hour shifts. After work, I go to the gym everyday, so I wouldn’t be home too often.

I use one plate, clean one plate - so you’ll never have to worry about dirty dishes or clutter. I value respect, common courtesy, and honesty. You’ll never hear loud noises from me when you’re trying to sleep, and I’ll always immediately clean up after myself. I expect the same in return.

For the most part, I prefer to keep to myself when living with roommates as I really value my solitude when relaxing at home, but have no problem with being social or having effective communication.

I Prefer something month to month as I’m not a fan of feeling “stuck”, but I am more than willing to give 2 months notice if I choose to leave.

No criminal history, zero drug and alcohol use, 810 credit score, on my 16th year in my career, no drama, no stories.

I’d like to reiterate that I am a NON partier, so I do NOT want a roommate who parties, drinks regularly, or does drugs.
