Hello potential Roomie! I am 27 years old student looking for a room available for rent for $750-800 a month in the areas of Carlsbad, LaCosta, San Marcos, or Vista. The room I am looking for would ideally have my own bedroom, a bathroom (private or shared), with laundry and kitchen amenities. Added bonus if there is greenery nearby. I am a introverted Literature and Writing student at CSUSM, who is respectable, responsible, and tidy. I am looking for a single roommate (preferably female) who likes a calm environment and is a dog person. My dog does not do well with other dogs, but is surprisingly okay with cats. Other than her difficulty with other dogs, Leah is cute, calm, and collected. Leah and I are quiet and love to relax with some Netflix, read, or go out and enjoy nature.
