I am a friendly, outgoing person but my privacy and solitude in a genuinely welcoming environment are of the utmost importance to me. Seeking to move within Ventura county but prefer Newbury Park, Camarillo, Simi valley; will consider other safe neighborhood; no later than May 1st. Utilities included in rent please; no room too small. Seeking (preferably furnished) room; bed, desk, bureau, closet space and bookcase would be wonderful.
