Hello, I’m 19 years old currently enrolled to Moorpark college. I moved out of my apartment and need to find a room for rent. I have a well behaved kitten and a very sweet boyfriend that will visit and sleepover from time to time. I am a very clean person and will be out most of the time or quietly watching Netflix. I’m very responsible and am able to prove that. Also, open to meetings over lunch. :)
