I need to find a new living situation before my current lease ends on July 31.

I am looking for 2 mature, settled FEMALE roommates to share a 3 bedroom rental house, plus split rent and utilities. The houses I’m looking at are in the far Northwest Austin, Cedar Park, and Leander area, and are under $1500 per month, which would make your monthly rent somewhere in the $500-ish range.

I am quiet, clean, don’t do drugs, and I pay my bills on time. I expect the same of the people who I share a home with. I tend to keep to myself, but I also really like people, and will be friendly and respectful to you.

My son would like to live with us for the first month or two. He just wants to make sure I can make the rent until I get 2 roomies on board. Once I’m settled, he will VERY QUICKLY find his own place. If I can find 2 roommates before move-in date, he will find his own place.

I have SOME furniture, mostly antiques, and a washer/dryer set.
