I can go more than $1300 for a good place. I’m currently working for a firm in Santa Monica. I live and work from home at the moment but when things start to open up, I will go back to the office. I’m actively looking for a private spacious room with a move in date either 1st or end of March 2022. I’m willing to team up as well to get an apartment with in the areas listed or close by my work place. I live a simple fun life, love beach cities and easy to get along with other people. I’m physically active in outdoor activities like hikes, working out, camping, road trips etc. I don’t smoke however I’m 420 friendly.
