I’m a college graduate enrolled in a program that has heavy course loads and I might also need to take the GRE test, so I prefer quietness after 9 o’clock in the evening, and at best, no strangers in the house. At the same time, I might also need a roommate who can be in touch with me at a frequent level so we can assure each other’s safety, while also establishing a good relationship. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets so I expect equally from the sharer of the house to keep the cleanness of the house at a certain level.
