Hello! I am a 18 yo looking for one or two roommates to share a place with in Hermosa, Redondo, or Manhattan Beach, preferably Hermosa. I consider myself to be pretty independent and responsible for my age and am organized and clean. I work part time at two local restaurants in Hermosa Beach and will be a full time student at El Camino College.

About myself: My work schedule changes but most days a week I’ll be doing school or work during the day and or working in the evening. I love going to the beach (grew up here!) with friends and enjoy socializing.

Private bedroom is a must, prefer private bath but not a huge deal. Would prefer pet friendly, full utilities, in unit-wash dryer and a parking space, street parking is fine.

Roommates: Most pets are fine, I love dogs and cats. 420 friendly would be awesome, not a deal breaker :) Ideally similar to my age, female or male okay. Overall keep shared areas clean, is easy going, similar lifestyle to me.
