I stay busy with work, I am a store manager for major retail company. I am also a 500hr certified yoga teacher, so I’m never home. If I am not out working, I am enjoying the fun the city has to offer by going to museums, open mic nights, trapeze classes, poetry slams, food festivals. While enjoy what life has to offer, I seek peace of mind when I am home by yoga, mediating and curling up with a great book and tea. While at home, I enjoy the pleasures of making a home cooked meal to self care.
