I’m 40 and divorced with no children. I don’t have any pets, Don’t drink, and I don’t smoke anything but cigarettes. I don’t smoke indoors. I’m self employed, have my own route, have been self employed for 20 years. I’m well mannered, quiet, I’m looking for a quiet neighborhood as I work 6 days a week and well my sleep is important to me. I do have a gf. She would be visiting me 2 x’s a week. And will be sleeping over and I’m open to paying a little extra for that. I have no use for the kitchen as I don’t cook, just parking and a spacious room.
