I won’t be ready to move till around november this year. i’m just looking around right now to get a head start. I’m 34, been a professional welder since 2007 and have been a robotic fabricator for Caterpillar’s factory in Bogart since March of 2014. I make 21.00/hr, so I can afford a place of my own but I’m trying to get back into college so I can become an engineer some day. So I’m hoping to find a stable roommate situation where I don’t need to move for several years. This will allow me to fit “paying my own way through college” into my budget. I’m currently taking free online math classes while waiting to get into college(which will take another year to get into due to the pandemic) so I won’t be very social. I’ll either be working my full time job, or I’ll be in my room studying. I’m quiet, and clean. One thing specific I’m looking for is a roommate situation that is “United States Constitution Friendly” Because I’m a law abiding citizen, conservative and have a weapon carry permit and I’m a member of the Athens Gun club, which means that I’m always armed except for when I go to work because sadly my job is a gun free zone. I’m drama free, never been to jail, never done drugs or weed, not religious but I respect other’s faiths. I’m extremely stable and always pay my bills on time. Also wherever I move to, I will pay my first three month’s worth of rent up front. And after those three months I have a habit of always having my rent paid a month in advance if the landlord permits it. It’s a habit I developed a few years ago and it’s worked out pretty well.
