I’m extremely clean and actually enjoy cleaning, doing laundry, doing dishes, etc., but I’m very easy-going and won’t freak out on roommates who aren’t neat freaks like me. I’m all about communication and honesty, and I want to live with people who hold those values high as well. I’d be happy with roommates who want to be buddies, or roommates who like to keep to themselves. Either atmosphere is fine with me =] I’m a personal assistant, and have been with the same family for 6 years. I’m basically a housewife for pay haha, and I love helping my friends and roommates with chores and errands. I have two cats who are very sweet and loving, and very good with new people. They’re not messy or destructive, and I clean up after them daily - so living with me doesn’t come with litter smells or anything disgusting like that.

My buddy Randy needs a room for rent as well, and he has the same budget of $1000 or less a month. We think it’d be fun to be roommates, so I added him onto this profile, but I’m not looking for us as a couple. He also has 2 cats, but might be rehoming one. He’s also very clean and likes to keep to himself for most of the day.
