In need of a private ROOM or EFFICIENCY with utilities included please AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or immediately! If you have a room that can be rented out weekly for up to $150 that would be best for my budget. If you contact me with a room available PLEASE let me see it before you rent it out to someone else (common courtesy). I can not afford more than $700 a month for rent including a deposit. I am an old-school type of gentleman. I believe in manners, stay to myself, love listening to music, and am very clean. I do smoke; however, only outside. I’m a dog lover and love to help others when I can. I enjoy cleaning, the outdoors, and cooking so I consider that a plus as a roommate/ tenant.
