My name is Chris, and I have a stable job with a stable income. I work in Esparto as a chainsaw mechanic, but primarily sharpen chainsaw chain and wood chipper knives now. I am looking for somewhere closer than Napa, which is where I currently live. I have great landlord references, one is a fire captain. I am familiar with living in fire stations, in which cleanliness is heavily stressed. I work 40+ hours a week, and my girlfriend, a student, would likely be living with me 4+ days a week. She has a well behaved dog named Bailey, who I can take to work 5 days a week. Neither of us smoke, and would likely greatly motivate eachother to take the best care of your property as possible!
