I am very friendly and VERY picky about cleanliness. I would prefer to find a place where we could both have our own private bathrooms.

I would prefer a roommate who is also clean (we both could agree to deep clean common areas once a week). I am also four twenty friendly and would prefer someone equal OR at the very least, non judgmental.

I also don’t have a gender preference as I’ve lived with male roommates for several years.

I’m cool with you bringing friends over as long as everyone is being respectful and I will do the same, we’re all adults here!
