Elizabeth

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I’m from the central coast of California (North Santa Barbara County). I’m currently a graduate student getting my MA degree in Conflict Management and Resolution. I’m moving to Washington state because I have been offered a contract job to work at the US Attorney’s Office in downtown Seattle. I am expected to start on the first or second week of May. So I am in need of a place ASAP. It would be awesome to meet and live with a roommate who is also a working professional or a student.

Stuff about me: I am an idealist and an introvert (INFP) but am not afraid of being honest and communicating how I feel when asked. I am also a Christian, but NOT the kind that will forcibly shove my beliefs down other’s throats.

I like teaching myself how to play music (piano, ukulele, guitar, violin), cook gourmet meals (I’m Filipino), explore new places, work on DIY projects, and learn about others.

I’m also a trained mediator that volunteers in community and small claims disputes. My goal in life is to be a professional peacemaker (or a hostage negotiator). Seriously though, my career path deals mostly with alternative dispute resolution.

I stay busy most of the time, but I want to think of my home as a place were I can retreat and relax. Getting rest and a full night of sleep is important to me. If that is something we have in common, please contact me!
