Hi my name is Joey I am looking for a place in the Denver area. I am looking to move in between October 1st-October 14 and am interested in a month to month lease, sublet, or short term lease. I’m a very laid back guy that is easy to get along with and am very agreeable not much bothers me. I don’t know too many people so I’m not a partier but don’t mind if you are someone that likes to have people over. I am a clean and organized person especially with common areas. I don’t use drugs and rarely drink anymore but don’t mind if others within the house do as long as it isn’t hard drugs. I’m also an animal lover with no dog or cat allergies but dont have a pet of my own currently. I would like to get a cat but its not a deal breaker if you don’t want any additional pets.
