Hi my name is Nico. I am a transgender woman looking for two other people to team up with to secure a nice place in South Central Austin. I would prefer other transgender people as roommates. With others like me I notice we all tend to be on the same page with just about everything. But still just anyone who is queer in general would be great.

I don’t mind pets. I think pets are cute and its great for someone to have a little friend around. But places charge a rent fee for each pet like cats and dogs. I just ask you pay the cost of that fee yourself. I am wanting to spend about 500 or lower. Excluding utility costs that 500 or lower is possible if we split the rent three ways.

I have seen places listed in the 1150- 1450 range. But most are 3br, 2bath apartments. I would prefer the bigger room with its own private bathroom and naturally pay a bigger share for those things. But if you need certain accommodations for physical/mental health needs I want you to have the room best suited so you stay healthy and happy.

My interests are anime. I am part of a local LGBTQIA+ anime meetup group. I tend to be gothy in my style. Brings out my femininity but also the witch in me. I am pagan but like agnostic though. My style choices and bedroom decor has the witch/goth vibes. Not planning on having any sort of altar or doing loud chanting. Maybe if there’s space in my room and only there have an altar.

I also will sometimes get crafty or do some art. So hobbyist, artists or hacker-space people are another group I share interests with. I like doodling on my tablet sometimes. I am mostly an indoors person. Usually I am on my main computer playing games or just chatting on discord and lurking reddit’s queer spaces.

The exercise I get is mostly riding my bike to/from work and from my job that’s mostly physical. But in a bigger shared space I would likely get into a yoga habit because its so relaxing for me. I am an omnivore and like to try new foods.

I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs mostly due to my meds like my hormone therapy but I also always preferred not to. Not judging smoking/vaping or 420. Just please prevent the smells from lingering beyond your room. Like with an air purifier or by going outside. But drinking maybe ok, definitely please avoid getting drunk in a bad way.
