I’m looking for a room to rent out in the Bay area. I am a teacher during the non-summer months and lifeguard at the shore beaches during the summer when I’m not teaching. I’m very outdoorsy and spend a lot of my free time surfing or swimming or spending time on the beach.

I’m very friendly, understanding, and communicative. I have gotten along well with all of my roommates or friends that I have lived with. I keep all communal/shared spaces neat and clean.
