I am a recent college grad with no debt and already have a job (completely finacially stable). I am extremely easy to get along with and can accommodate for pretty much anything that’s reasonable. I’m a somewhat social guy but I’m also perfectly fine just staying out of your way. And I don’t see myself bringing over guests much but if you do that’s okay.

I’m 5’5 and don’t do any sort of drugs and have a clean criminal record (just did a background check for my job and I also had one when I joined the Coast Guard Auxiliary).
