I’m a 5’2“, 26 yr old woman looking for a room/apartment around July 31st; my current lease is up on that date and I do not want to stay at that complex! I’m a responsible homebody and tend to keep to myself. I’m a clean person especially when it comes to sharing common room areas. I have some furniture, such as a dining room table/chairs, a small sofa and coffee table, and 2 black shelves along with kitchen appliances that I’m willing to share in the common spaces. I’m looking for someone willing to do a 12 month lease and preferably in the Irmo to Columbia area. I prefer people who don’t smoke anything, but am willing to overlook for the right roommate.
