Hi! I’m looking for a roommate - someone already living in a condo, townhouse, house or apartment in a safe and desirable location - in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Encino, Woodland Hills, Agoura, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake, Westlake Village, Santa Monica, or Venice. I am responsible. I pay my rent on time. I am easy-going, quiet, friendly, light-hearted, and clean but not obsessive and looking for same.
I can move in as early as June 1st or as late as July 29. I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO CATS - so even if your prior roommate had one, it would be a deal-breaker. I don’t have my own dog, but I LOVE DOGS so yours is fine with me!
I would like a large bedroom and do need additional storage space for some boxes, maybe in garage or storage closet. Although I have bedroom and dining room furniture, I am willing to sell any or all if I need to. I try to workout 3-4 times a week. I walk or hike, and do weight-bearing exercises. I also enjoy dinners out, listening to live music, dancing, TV, reading, and laughing with friends and family.
