I am friendly, clean, quiet, and respectful. I am currently a PhD graduate student, I have a steady income, and I pay my bills on time. During my time off, I hike, go to the gym, do yoga, and overall, I try to live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

My current lease is up at the end of June so I would prefer to find something starting July 1st (or toward the end of June). I don’t currently have a dog, but I love dogs so if you have one, that’s great! I also love cats, but I’m allergic so, unfortunately, I can’t be in a household that has cats. Also, my ideal roommate/place must be LGBT+ friendly. I don’t use cannabis, but it doesn’t bother me.
