My name is Andrea and I am a sophmore at CSUSB. I am looking for a room to rent around February or March if CSUSB does open its facilities and the current circumstances improve. I am also interested in team-ups. I am definitely someone who is responsible and on time with rent. I am well organized and very clean so I would really never have a mess. I don’t drink, smoke, or really cause any trouble since I am normally occupied with school studying or finishing assignments. I have no pets and normally I would only leave weekends to visit my family. I am planning on staying from 1 to 2 years in San Bernardino.
