I recently relocated from Denver. Seeking short term room to rent with possible long term if everything works out. Prefer private bath, but not necessarily a deal breaker if not. I am a responsible adult, pay my obligations, and like things clean. I am easy going, have been known to keep to myself at times, but can be very social once im comfortable. Youngest is now in the Army.
