Hi, I’m Zoya! I’m an incoming 1L law student. I’m in the process of purchasing a 3x3.5 townhome in Midtown (walking distance to Discovery Green). I’m looking for two female roommates who are chill, and in the study/work grind like me.

I have a very quiet, well-behaved 6-year-old Red Heeler/Cattle dog named Nala who will be coming with me. She loves other dogs and is “iffy” with cats. I’ll consider a roommate with a pet but greatly prefer someone without a pet simply because it’s more work, the more animals are in the home, etc.

I’m a tidy person and love to cook. I’ll be pretty busy with studies and will spend most of my time reading and going on runs with my dog. Besides that I will be pretty quiet and will not be partying. What’s most important to me is having a tidy kitchen and living space and a home that is noise-free on weekday evenings. Ideally my roomies will also be female med/law students. Wine nights are always welcome! Please reach out if I’m a good match!!
