My roommate and I are looking to sublet our apartment starting in May/June. The apartment is a 2 Bed / 2 Bath and just slightly under 1200 sq ft! It is laid out perfectly for roommates as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house! If anyone is interested please feel free to message me. The apartment is 1260 in rent and normally with utilities, and rent we pay 640 each! It is about 15 minutes max from the college campus! The complex has great amenities as it has a wifi cafe, pool, gym, a lake you can walk around or some fish in, as well as a dog park, and is gated!
