A little about me, I am a highly respectful, clean, hard working 48 year old single guy with a passion for animals, cars, and creative construction. I am an educated Design Engineer as well as licensed general contractor, full steam ahead on starting the next chapter of my life. I am a drama free, laid back, recently devorced guy that likes to work on cars and geek out on diy type projects whenever i’m not working. For the most part i’m a keep to myself type but like a beer now and then and like to cook and bbq for people and make great tasting dishes. I’m really social but respect people and their space. That being said, If you think you would like to have someone with my credentials around as a tenant, i’m open to meeting honest, professional respectful renters and home owners (couples or singles). I am hopeful that the renter is an honest, drama free type as well. (No drugs) 420 ok. It would be nice to meet like minded creative people. I am open to helping fix or build anything around your property or hotrod if needed. Send me some pics and info of what you have for rent, and what you think its worth. Maybe we can agree to terms soon. I need to be relocated by July 5th. Let’s do this!
