I am 32, work as a bartender and I own a small event company. I also go to school for film. I’m not home a ton and when I am I generally am still working. Very respectful of others and their space. Keep my areas clean. I don’t throw big parties , I am social and get along easy with most. I don’t have pets but don’t mind them . Ideally looking for a place that has a decent size closet and if there is extra storage room that’s a plus .
