Tidy, mature, animal lover with no pets, honest, warm-hearted, easygoing, intelligent, and one of kind!

• I clean up after myself and can pay the rent on time! (As it should be, but ya know, needs to be said)

• As a roommate, I’m quiet and keep to myself - but at the same time I’m friendly, I love a good chat and a laugh! I adapt easily and can get along with just about anyone.

• Non-smoker (however I don’t mind if others do)

• Animal lover ~ but I don’t have any pets

• Nature lover ~ I love being active outdoors, walking, hiking, gardening, etc.

• I’m a creative/artsy type, poet, an avid music and podcast lover, science and history are also my jam… I love learning and I think everything is interesting!

• I don’t bring drama/dysfunction, life is tricky enough as it is. I believe home should be a safe and restful place. I prefer that any potential conflict be resolved with some good ol’ healthy communication skills.

I’m a dual citizen of the USA and New Zealand, and have traveled fairly extensively - but I’ve been putting my roots down over the last couple of years to work and study. I’ve lived a lot of life jam packed in the relatively short amount of time in which I’ve existed on this planet. This has lended me the ability to get along with just about anyone, from any and all walks of life, age, gender, cultural background, etc. I appreciate the value of good conversation while simultaneously having the ability to respect the boundaries and personal space of others. Communication and respect are key!

It’s a strange time to be hunting for a room… But, for what it’s worth, I underwent formal training as a microbiological laboratory tech while living in NZ and my handwashing skills are premium. ;)
