I’m a 25 year old working female who is looking to move very soon. (April 2020) I am interested in renting a room or a studio in the Bronx, Harlem or Queens. (Preferably close to MTA) As a roommate Im super respectful and am pretty quiet for the most part. I like my space to be as clean and peaceful as possible so doing my part to upkeep cleanliness of shared spaces won’t be an issue at all. I enjoy cooking and baking when I have time, so an updated kitchen is a plus. Most of my friends and family live in Queens, so I don’t really have guest over, although I don’t mind if my roommate does. And lastly, I don’t do drugs or smoke, and only drink wine every now and then. If this sounds like a good match, please let me know ASAP!
