I have a house in mind that I plan to sign the lease for. It’s a 2B2B, house is centrally located. 25 mins bus to Port Authority New York right in front of the house. Quiet, serene neighborhood. One exit away from Airport and 1 exit away from Edison, for Indian groceries. 2 minutes from I-95. Ample parking and facilities.

Your room will have a bed, lamps, additional cupboard, curtains & rod and a few other essentials required to stay. The house already will have things like a TV, dining table, utensils, tables, chairs etc.. It’s a new lease that I’m signing. So we can team up and sign together.

I’m a Manager in Management Consulting and usually travelled Monday to Thursday for work. With the current travel situation being risky due to the spread of the virus! I’m a super clean and hygienic person. Come from a family of Doctors, hence like to stay and live in clean and tidy spaces. Like peace and interesting conversations..
