Am awaiting settlement or prefunding until I can secure my own with Section 8 Voucher. I have good credit, clean behind myself with aide. Am very generous and understanding however I keep to myself a lot. Am willing to pay better rate after my settlement since it’s temporary. I can provide documented credentials upon viewing/interview. (pun) I go to Dr appointments and physical therapy weekly. My second roomie is in somewhat the same but better shape than myself. We admire and honor mutual respect.
