My name is Kendhra lopez. I’m 29 yrs old. My boyfriends name is Fernando Cardoso I’m working full time and just trying to get back into things financially, so I think the best option for me is to rent a room. I work Monday-Friday. I’ll be out of the place around 5:30 and won’t be home till 6 pm, i usually go to the gym after. My boyfriend works two jobs 6 days a week and is hardly home until midnight. We are both responsible, hard working adults just trying to save some money in order to buy a future home for us. We are pretty quiet and when we are in the room we usually quality watch tv or browse our phones. We are trust worthy and respect space privacy and cleanliness. I have a little Maltese mix named Lulu who is 9 yrs old and weighs about 5 pounds. She’s a sweet heart and very quiet. She sticks by my side all the time and isn’t at all messy or disruptive. You will not have to worry about visitors always coming over as well. On some weekend we might not even be home and might stay with our families
