Hi! My TX friends call me Resa and I look forward to meeting you! I am looking to move when my lease ends April 21, 2022. I love the city of Austin and am excited to do so much more exploring. I work in North Austin but my boyfriend lives in South Austin so I’m looking for a place preferably between those areas along the highway. I keep clean and am fairly easy to get along with. I like most everything and if I haven’t experienced it, I would love to give it a shot so my preferences don’t often get in the way. I work full time and go to school so I do hope to enjoy and find peace in the space I call home. I had hoped to move out on my own but I don’t quite make enough which is crazy to me because of the pricing in this city! So instead, I’ve decided that if I find a good friend here, maybe I’ll live somewhere nice instead of a not-so-nice place of my own. My budget is up to $1000/month but I’m a cheapskate haha so if I can find something nice for not more than $800, I’d prefer it. I am looking for a 12- to 17-month lease, I’m flexible.
