I am a ORU grad looking for female (no males or couples) to share safe, affordable place. I am quiet, like a neat, clean and drama free home. I do not do drugs, drink, smoke or have pets due to allergies. Drugs of any kind or smoking are deal breakers for me. Must have’s are my own bedroom & bathroom. Willing to pay more for master bedroom. The only thing I will bring is some small kitchen items even though I “rarely” cook and my bedroom stuff. So you will have the entire place to furnish & decorate as you wish. Prefer no pets but if it is the right roommate situation I will consider it if your pet (dog) no cats is trained and well behaved. If you “usually” have “frequent” house guests, it would not work at all for us to be roommates. Also, I am not looking for a long term lease at this time.
