30-something male with stable employment and 3+-year reliable, local rent payment history seeks new house-share (or small apartment) accommodations in north central or northeast San Antonio, beginning now. I currently reside in a house-share on the west side of San Antonio and am seeking a similar arrangement that would reduce my commute to my east-side employment. Preferably, I am looking for a furnished room, private bath, garage parking, onsite washer/dryer, and appliance privileges associated with a room rental opportunity. I am a simple person and would like for all utilities (i.e. electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer, and WiFi) to be included in the rental payment.
