I’m a private health coach and chef for several families in Scarsdale. I wake up every at 4am and get home from work around noon. I’m into fitness and eating probably the healthiest one could imagine. I don’t drink or smoke. I’m a goofball and social and like to hang out in the nyc with my people when I can. When I’m at home I’m usually keeping really quiet working on writing music (w/ headphones) or watching Netflix until I fall asleep. I’m moving out of my current building because it’s getting remediated.
