I’m an easy-going, positive and non-judgmental person with an old soul. I was raised on respect, and always clean up after myself – if not also others. Courtesy is a virtue to me.

I’m a film buff who’s also super into contemporary alternative music – plenty of DVDs, CDs and Netflix/Hulu ideas to share. I also have a vinyl record player. I work out frequently and enjoy doing fun stuff outside.

I don’t smoke anything or vape, but I have absolutely no qualms about what friends and roommates indulge in! I’m also very animal friendly.
