Hello Everyone! Beginning in the Fall 2020, I will be a new resident to Northdrige, CA and looking for a place to hang my hat. I am an educator but a pretty relaxed one. Would like to find a place that is close to CSUN and I can bike there. I am flexible on the rent amount because I am trying to wrap my head the fact that rent is “no joke.” I do like a relaxed space but also not a place that feels like a tomb. Hopefully, there are some people out there looking for a pretty respectful, responsible and awesome guy who makes a mean guacamole
