I lost my husband 4 years ago. I recently sold our house and have been renting a luxury apartment downtown. I really hate going there alone everyday. Not to mention the expense. I work 8-5 M-F, non smoker, very clean, no criminal background, this is very awkward to me to do even. I will want to run a background on whoever I may end up with. Lol 420 friendly - do your thing, outside preferably:) I have furniture, looking for nice house, would want use of common areas as well. I have to find a female roommate. I HAVE to have an unshared bathroom. I have to feel comfortable in your home so it feels like my home as well. I prefer to live with no more than one or 2 others.

In a perfect world I’d meet someone and we could find a place together or she would have a place with plenty of room.

I am rarely home, I don’t know if that will change but usually gone 4-5 nights a week. I have a 21 year old daughter who sometimes comes over to say hi and visit.
